Best Papa!!!

It all started last Thursday. We were privileged to have Blaire with us while here daddy was in the hospital. She was with us until Monday night. SO MUCH FUN!!!! Like Papa said, We could have 10 of her and it wouldn't be any problem. Well, Friday day, Bryndal & Brilee came to visit while mom & dad worked. Not too bad for a 2 year old and two 1 year olds. Then, that night it was time for Ellie & Lillie to come for their normal sleepover. Lillie slept with Nana & Papa. Ellie slept with Brandy (when she got back from being with Todd at the hospital). Blaire in the crib. Then Saturday evening back again came Bryndal & Brilee since mom & dad had a work Christmas Party. Too late to go home, so they were spending the night. Now Ellie & Lillie couldn't miss out on all the fun, so while Nana went to the ward Christmas Party to help with the cookie decorating that the Young Women were over, this is what Papa got to do--

Time for a Ranger Ride!!!!!

So much fun! The grandkids love to go with Papa on the Ranger. Papa's the best Papa in the whole world!!!!! We had the same sleeping arrangements as the night before, but added Brilee in the port-a-crib in the playroom and Bryndal in another port-a-crib in Nana & Papa's room. Wheeeew!!!!!! Bryndal & Brilee's mom & dad are going to San Diego for their anniversary tomorrow until Sunday. Ellie & Lillie are looking forward to their Friday night sleepover. Here we go again!!! I love being a Nana!

New member of the family!

In August I finally talked Rodger into a new addition to the family, "Pickles". She is a Maltipoo.

When we got her she was only 1 pound.

This is a current picture of her. She is around 4 1/2 pounds. She has been the best & easiest puppy. And yes, she sleeps with us. She'll be 6 months old soon, so shouldn't be getting much bigger. She loves going on Ranger rides with us & the grandkids.

So then a week ago Saturday, we were driving along & Rodger said how he wanted a hunting dog. Me, the animal lover got excited and told him that it was fine with me. (I couldn't believe he wanted another dog).

Sooooo, here he is!!!!! Moose the German Wirehaired Pointer. Hahaha! So cute!!!! You'll have to check out what these things look like full grown. WIREHAIRED!!!!! Ok, at 9 weeks he's 18 pounds. What the heck is he going to be in 4 months? I'll keep you posted!

Thanksgiving was wonderful!

We had a great thanksgiving at Todd & Toni's this year. Ron & Gina came down from Utah. Cole was home from college in Mississippi. This is the 1st time we've had thanksgiving with Rodger's side. It was great!!!! We have so much to be thankful for!

I finally have a blog! Yea!!!!!! With much help from Ashley, it's here. I'm so glad we just got our family all together (that was a chore) for pictures. Rodger's niece, Spring did such a great job! It wasn't an easy thing trying to capture the best of all 17 of us at once. Thank you Spring!!!!!!
